Exchanges, Refunds & Warranty Policy
If the size of the ring purchased online from our website is incorrect, Fixate will exchange it for free within 60 days from the date of purchase. The ring will be exchanged for a similar color and style. Just return your ring to our corporate headquarters with a copy of original invoice, indicate the new size that you would like, and include a self-addressed envelope. The ring will be exchanged at no cost. Custom engraved rings cannot be exchanged.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your FixateDesigns.com purchase, please return your purchase within 30 days, postage paid, with a copy of the original invoice. Refunds are issued to the same method of payment that you used for the purchase. All clothing returns must have original tags attached and show no signs of wear. Retail store policies may differ. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
-Limited Lifetime Warranty - If you feel that your ring prevented a ring avulsion injury and was damaged in the process please send us your story (along with the ring and any photos or video that you may have of the incident that we can share), along with a self-addressed envelope, and we will send you a replacement at no cost.
One  year Warranty - Fixate also offers a one  year warranty on rings purchased in the U.S. that are damaged due to normal wear and tear. Just send the damaged ring and a copy of the proof of purchase to our corporate headquarters, along with a self-addressed envelope, and we will send you a replacement at no cost.
NOTICE – All exchanges, refunds and warranty requests are subject to product availability and management discretion. All decisions made by Fixate are final and terms and conditions may change without notice.
