Tim McKercher is driven by passion. McKercher has figured out how to make a good living for himself, his kids, and put a ring on the finger of his dream girl (and business partner) by turning his hobbies into revenue generators. He worked his way through the University of Central Florida as a test rider for the then fledgling Sea-Doo watercraft brand and realized then you can make a fun living developing and marketing recreational products. After graduating with a marketing degree McKercher entered the realm of professional watercraft racing in the heydays and was on the first factory Sea-Doo racing team. His quest in chasing racing glory took him to events around the world and positioned him for numerous film and commercial stunt work gigs that then lead him to full time stunt work at Sea World of Orlando. With family responsibilities growing, McKercher went back to marketing as the PR, promotions, and race manager for the Sea-Doo brand. With Sea-Doo he managed multi-million dollar budgets and was part of the team that lead the Sea-Doo brand to a 52% market share. With the opportunity to start his own marketing agency, McKercher embraced the entrepreneurial spirit and was fortunate enough to have BRP/Sea-Doo as his first client and has grown LOOK-Marketing into one of the powersports and marine industry’s premier agencies winning numerous awards for a wide variety of marketing campaigns and related tactics for clients including Sea-Doo, Ski-Doo, Can-Am Spyder, BMW Motorrad, Scarab Boats, Four Winn Boats, Universal Studios, and Red Bull. And does so by flying drones, taking photos and creating videos, driving things with handlebars, meeting cool and famous people around the world all in fun efforts to help good people tell their brands stories.
